About the Speaker

Managing Partner, Chengwei Capital

Mr. SHA Ye serves as Managing Partner and Managing Director at Chengwei Capital. Before joining Chengwei, he served as General Manager of China and Global Vice President of Convergys Corporation and was responsible for China business development & its global customer relationship management and product research and development. Mr. Sha was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BMI Asia since 2000 and an independent Director of Youku Tudou Inc. (formerly, Youku.com Inc.) since November 2010. He is also an active columnist in media. Mr. Sha holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Wesleyan University in the United States and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
