Renew an Item

You can RENEW your DKU Library regular loan books and DVDs online, by phone, email, chat, and machine or in person.

Follow these steps to renew online:

     

  • Enter your NetID and password (If you don’t have NetID, please enter your badge number 772xxxxxx1 in both the account and password fields)
 
 
  • Scroll down to find the “Titles on Loan”

 

  • Check the box next to each item you wish to renew
    
  • Click the “Renew Selected title(s)” button, and a success message will pop up.
   

Please note:

  • You cannot renew Course Reserve items or items that are overdue, lost or recalled.
  • One semester loan items can only be renewed in the last week of the semester.
