Finding relevant sources is very different from building a clear, well-argued literature review. This session will prepare students for successful research writing by systematically walking students through the techniques of conducting a literature review effectively.

The session is essential for students at all levels. Topics covered in the session include the purpose and role of a literature review, how to define scope and research questions, and strategies for discovering, evaluating, and organizing scholarly sources. The session will also introduce how to ethically use AI tools to support writing a literature review while adhering to academic integrity.
