There are two ways to request scanned copies of journal articles or book chapters not available at DKU or Duke Libraries:

1. Using Duke Libraries Document Delivery Services for English journal articles or a book chapter:
   • Click Here to log in with your NetID to enter the document delivery service.
     • For users new to the service, follow instruction to create an account, fill out all required information, and be sure to select any one of the listed libraries from the Pickup Location Box.
   • Click New Requests – Article or New Requests – Book Chapter in the menu, fill out all required information and submit the form.
     • Only article and book chapter can be requested.
     • Please note do not put more than one chapter in a form. One form for one chapter.
   • You will receive an email notification, or wait for 2-3 days to access your account to check the status of your request.
2. Sending your request to dkulibrary@dukekunshan.edu.cn for Chinese journal articles, books, or book chapters.

Please note print books or physical items from Duke in Durham or other American Libraries cannot be sent to DKU.
